Accommodation for Fruit Pickers
We have varied forms of basic accommodation available for fruit pickers on the property during harvest season (Jan - March). These include dormitory style rooms, caravan park and camping facilities including hot showers, laundry, barbeque area, toilets and a recreation room.
No pets allowed on the property.
The rooms are basic. They are shared between two people. Linen is provided and cleaned weekly. However you will need to bring your own pillow and sleeping bag.
- If you opt to stay in the rooms you will pay $131.40 per week which covers your accommodation including 18 meals (No meals on Saturday), use of shower and toilet facilities and recreation room.
- Tents can be pitched for $127.80 including 18 meals.
NO SMOKING IN ROOMS. NOISE TO BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM. 10 PM CURFEW APPLIES.
Caravan Park.
The on site caravan park is great for relaxation after a long day in the sun picking fruit, and is located only a short walk from work. There is plenty of room for caravans, tents and buses with powered sites available.
- $60 for a powered caravan site per week per couple.
- Powered bus is $50 per couple per week.
- Tent site unpowered $20 per person per week.
- Powered tent site $30 per week per person.
